YS Growth & Capital was built on a simple conviction ,  most businesses don't fail because of a lack of ideas. They fail because of a lack of structure, execution, and operational systems. We started this firm to bridge that gap. To work inside businesses, not just advise from outside them. To partner with founders and operators at the moments that matter most.

Yehoshua is a serial entrepreneur, operator, and strategic advisor with experience building and scaling businesses across consulting, investment, and consumer products.

 

He founded YS Growth & Capital to do what traditional consultants don't , work inside the business, alongside founders and operators, to turn vision into structure and structure into execution.

He brings a hands-on, long-term approach to every partnership he takes on.
